We are Qualified Plumbers,
hold a British Plumbers’ Employers Council (BPEC) Water
Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) Certificate and registered on
a “Competent” Sanitary Conveniences, Washing Facilities and
Bathrooms Scheme and able to “Self Certify” said works. A
certificate of conformity will be issued and should be kept safe
as it will be required for any future sale of the property.
